Background

A lifelong resident of the St. Catharines area with more than 18 years as a Niagara Region Top Producer, Jerry focuses his attention on helping his clients make great choices. Jerry has earned numerous awards over the years. His first year in the business, he was the top producing salesperson out of an office of over 40 salespeople. He is an inductee into the coveted RE/MAX Hall of Fame and is a multiple recipient of the RE/MAX International Platinum Award.

In 2006, Jerry was recognized by the public as the number one choice in the St. Catharines-Niagara marketplace, receiving the Diamond Award for Best Real Estate Agent in the Niagara This Week Readers' Choice Awards.

Jerry was also recently honoured by RE/MAX International with the Lifetime Achievement Award for his determination and dedication in helping over 1000 clients find new homes. Less than 2% of RE/MAX agents worldwide have received this award.

Jerry has also appeared as a guest panelist at real estate conferences held by Richard Robbins International, a renowned resource for top Realtors. Jerry has received his Certificate of Masters Designation from Richard Robbins International and he is regarded by many of his peers as a leader in the utilization of the internet to assist clients around the world.

His accomplishments are a reflection of his commitment to both his career and his clients.

Jerry is delighted to welcome Christine as the newest member of our team.

Christine joins us with more than 17 years of sales and customer service experience. Having worked with a large communications company, Christine has experience trouble-shooting and finding solutions to best meet customer needs.

Eager to make the move to real estate, Christine worked as a team assistant while she pursued her real estate licence. Christine's focus, insight, and attention to detail have already proven to be great assets to her clients.

Christine's primary focus on the team is working with buyers. In addition, Christine works alongside Jerry in the listing and promotion of properties for sale, and she also supports Jerry and his clients, in her role as a licensed personal assistant to Jerry.

Heather has a background in the travel industry and understands the importance of great customer service. She has been a greatly valued part of the team for more than 6 years in her role as a personal administrative assistant to Jerry. Her commitment to Jerry and the team enables Jerry to stay on track, be very organized, and allows him to concentrate his efforts on giving his clients detailed personal attention in the acquisition or disposition of their home. Her responsibilities have expanded this year with the continued growth of our team. She handles the administration of all transactions and works as an information liaison not only between our clients and sales staff but also between lawyers, home inspectors, lending institutions, property insurance companies, and our advertising and marketing departments. Keeping our clients informed is definitely a key component to the success of not only our team but also to achieving the results that our clients are looking for.
