A lifelong resident of Niagara with more than 20 years as a Niagara Region Top Producer, Jerry focuses his attention on helping his clients make great choices. Christine joined The Hendriks Team with more than 17 years of sales and customer service experience. Having worked with a large communications company, Christine has vast experience trouble-shooting and finding solutions to best meet customer needs.

Eager to make the move to real estate, Christine worked as a team assistant while she pursued her real estate license. In her first year as a sales representative with The Hendriks Team, Christine closed over 50 percent more transactions than the average realtor.

Christine’s focus, insight, and attention to detail have proven to be very advantageous to her clients. And with numerous satisfied clients, she has proven herself to be a valuable asset to the team. She’s very professional and at the same time makes it a fun experience for the people she serves.

Born and raised in Niagara-on-the Lake, Laura recently joined The Hendriks Team as a licensed sales representative. A fourth year honours Business Administration student at Brock University, with a double concentration in Finance and Marketing, Laura is also a member of the Finance and Investment Club at Brock.

Working in her family’s various businesses since an early age, Laura knows the meaning of hard work and full time commitment. She has years of previous customer service and accounting experience to her credit. Laura is motivated, enterprising, and holds herself accountable to very high standards.

Laura is apprenticing on The Hendriks Team under the mentorship of Jerry while she completes her business degree. She looks forward to her career in real estate with The Hendriks Team and the opportunity to be of service to you when you are looking to make a move.

Heather has been a greatly valued part of The Hendriks Team for the past 10 years. Heather’s responsibilities have expanded with the continued growth of The Hendriks Team. As Client Services Administrator, she professionally handles the administration of all transactions, working as an information liaison between our clients and our team members as well as between lawyers, home inspectors, lending institutions, property insurance companies, lawyers, and advertising providers.

Matt has recently joined our team as our Client Services Assistant. Matt moved from Toronto to St. Catharines a few years ago to attend Brock University and has quickly familiarized himself with Niagara.

Having been one of Canada’s top junior tennis players Matt knows the importance of dedication and determination. With acumen and confidence beyond his years, Matt is already a property owner, managing five rental properties.

Matt has completed all three phases of the Ontario Real Estate Association’s licensing program. At this time however, Matt has not registered his licence instead choosing to work behind the scenes with The Hendriks Team. His primary focus on the team is to assist with client services by acting as a liaison between clients and licensed team members.

 After living in many different regions of Ontario, Cindy came to Niagara to attend Brock University while completing her Business Administration degree. Working abroad for two years upon graduation, Cindy returned to the Niagara Region to fulfill her dream of living in this beautiful area. With over 20 years of customer service experience in various industries to her credit, Cindy joined The Hendriks Team two years ago to fill the role of Business Development Manager.

She has brought great insight to the team with ways in which to best serve our clients.
Her primary responsibility is the creation and development of business and administrative systems which continually advance the level of service we are able to provide our clients.
